Bravo Delta Executive Transport LLC – Terms & Conditions

1. Client Responsibility for Scheduling
You are responsible for booking your transportation with enough time to reach your destination. Bravo Delta Executive Transport LLC is not responsible for delays, missed flights, missed appointments, or other losses caused by incorrect or insufficient pickup or drop-off times you request, including delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. All service charges will apply in full regardless of any such delays. 

Airport Arrival Guidance:
For air travel, we recommend arriving at the airport at least two (2) hours before departure for domestic flights and three (3) hours before departure for international flights.

2. Reservations and Cancellations
We recommend reserving your vehicle in advance, at no additional charge, to guarantee availability at your scheduled pickup time. Same-day or short-notice service may be available by phone or text, subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file to secure any reservation.

Cancellations made more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) or more, at the sole discretion of Bravo Delta Executive Transport LLC, based on the timing of the cancellation. This policy applies to all trips canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service time, without exception, regardless of hardship or unforeseen circumstances.

3. No-Shows, Grace Period, Additional Hours
A no-show occurs when the client fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location at the agreed-upon time and does not provide prior notice of cancellation. A grace period of fifteen (15) minutes past the scheduled pickup time is allowed. After the grace period expires, the client will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full service fee for the scheduled trip. No-shows are non-refundable. Additional hours of service will be rounded to the next half hour.
